Priority One recently announced a new, complimentary dealer service to enhance customer communication. The third-party service, Telelanguage, will translate conversations between dealers and customers with whom English is not their primary language, while ensuring closings comply with state and lender foreign language requirements.
Telelanguage provides interpretation and translation services for over 300 languages around-the-clock on days, evenings and weekends. This service is exclusively for Priority One dealers located in Texas, Florida and New Mexico.
