Priority One: Working with OFAC to
The Office of Foreign
Assets Control (OFAC), which originated in 1950, administers and
enforces economic support programs primarily against terrorists and
drug traffickers. As part of its enforcement efforts,
OFAC publishes a list of individuals and companies that could be
terrorists and narcotics traffickers. The names on this list
are called "Specially Designated Nationals" or
"SDNs."
Dealers, such as
yourself, are required to run this list to determine if a credit
applicant is on the SDN list. As a Priority One partner, we do
this for you. Before issuing a credit report, we use a Federal
"interdiction" software program to determine if a credit
applicant is on the SDN list. If a match is found, we will
notify you immediately.

- Your job is not to change people; focus on your
buyers' needs, not your agenda.

regular contact with your customers; competitors are more
aggressive than ever in this economy.
- Keep
it simple; most prospects want a simple explanation of how you
can help them save money.
